Wk ending 29th September

We have been learning about the Weather in Science and all about what happens when it rains. We went on a rain drop hunt, have a look at the pictures of what we found.
We have placed rain gauges around the school to see whether or not it rains the same amount everywhere.
We have been learning how to compare different numbers using the greater than and less than symbols. We used Charlie the Crocodile to help us. He always eats the biggest number.
We have started our first piece of writing from our Tin Forest Storyboard. We all tried really hard to remember our finger spaces, our letter shape and the sounds they make. We had some super ideas-
-a rainbow forest made of sweets
-a forest in the sky made of clouds
-a rock forest made of stones
We are a very creative bunch!
